Flat type SAE Split Flange Halves-Code 61 & Code 62

Flat type SAE split flange is the flat style of hydraulic SAE Split Flange. This product is with almost the same specifications, materials, surface finishing as the normal style SAE split flanges. The difference is that the split flange top surface is flat but not with protruding arches on both sides on the top.

Main series

Our factory manufactures and supplies best China SAE split flange halves in full range of dimensions. And we have two main series of Flat type Split flange clamp, which are:

• Class SAE 3000 psi series, also known as code 61 split flange
• Class SAE 6000 psi series, also known as code 62 split flange.  

Flat type SAE Split Flange Specifications

• SAE 3000 PSI flat split flange halves are designed & produced as per standard ISO 6162-1;
• SAE 6000 PSI flat split flange halves are designed & produced as per standard ISO 6162-2;
• All series of flat split flanges are designed to SAE J518

Materials

Carbon steel: SAE 1020 (C20), ST52.3, SAE 1045 (C45).
Stainless steels: 304 /304L, 316 /316L stainless steel, 316Ti, and corresponding EN/DIN steel grade as 1.4301 /1.4307, 1.4401 /1.4404, 1.4571.
Other materials such as duplex steels are available on customer’s request.

The available surface finishing of our flat type split flange is the same with the surface finishing of normal type SAE split flange clamps.

SAE split flange (flat style) Dimensions

We offer full Flat type SAE split flange dimension range as below.

• For Flat type Code 61 split flange (SAE 3000 psi series) : 1/2″ (DN15) to 3″ (DN80)
• For Flat type code 62 split flange (SAE 6000 psi series): 1/2″ (DN15) to 2″ (DN50)

Customer who want to purchase SAE split flanges (flat version), need to tell us below information:

• Flange type: Flat type SAE split flange
• Material of the flange: 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.
• Pressure rating class: SAE 3000 psi or SAE 6000 psi
• flange size: 1/2″ – 3″ (size code 301-308 or 601-606)
