Flat type SAE flange clamp is the flat style of SAE Flange Clamp. This product is with almost the same specifications, materials, surface finishing as the normal style SAE flange clamp. The main difference is that the ordinary flange clamp top surface is with protruding arches on both sides on the top, while the flat version flange clamp is with flat surface top.
Main series
Our factory manufactures and supplies best China SAE Flange clamps in full range of dimensions. And we have two main series of Flat type SAE flange clamp, which are:
- Class SAE 3000 psi series, also known as code 61 flange clamp
- Class SAE 6000 psi series, also known as code 62 flange clamp
Flat type SAE Flange Clamp Specifications
- SAE 3000 PSI flat version flange clamps are designed & produced as per standard ISO 6162-1;
- SAE 6000 PSI flat type flange clamps are designed & produced as per standard ISO 6162-2;
- Both series of flat style flange clamps are conformed to SAE J518
Materials
Carbon steel: SAE 1020 (C20), ST52.3, SAE 1045 (C45).
Stainless steels: 304 /304L, 316 /316L stainless steel, 316Ti, and corresponding EN/DIN steel grade as 1.4301 /1.4307, 1.4401 /1.4404, 1.4571.
Other materials such as duplex steels are available on customer’s request.

The available surface finishing of our flat type split flange is the same with the surface finishing of normal type SAE flange clamps.

We offer full Flat type SAE split flange dimension range as below.
- For Flat type Code 61 split flange (SAE 3000 psi series) : 1/2″ (DN15) to 3″ (DN80)
- For Flat type code 62 split flange (SAE 6000 psi series): 1/2″ (DN15) to 2″ (DN50)
