SAE 3000 psi flange clamp| Code 61 Flange Clamp

3000 psi SAE flange clamp is well known as code 61 flange clamp also. The series of  forged flange clamp is designed and manufactured as per standard ISO 6162-1 and standard SAE J518. Our factory is a high quality China SAE flange clamp manufacturer, we supply 3000psi code 61 flange clamps with size range 1/2″ (DN15) to 5″ (DN125) of materials of carbon steel (ST52,3, SAE 1020, SAE 1045) and stainless steel (304SS, 316SS).

SAE Flange Clamp (3000 psi series) is designed for standard pressure applications, and mostly used to connect tubes, pipes and hoses under normal pressure that is no higher than 350 bar.

SAE flange clamp is the one piece version (captive version) of SAE split flange clamp. This product is with the same specifications and data as SAE split flange halves, and the split flange is the split version of flange clamp. These two versions of flange clamps are usually used together in a SAE welding head coupling.
