- Galvanized zinc (yellow)
- Phosphated (black)
- Nickle plated
Besides the above, however, some customers will prefer surface as below in the consideration of cost.
- Untreated oiled
- Untreated oxidation
SAE 6000 PSI Split Flange Working pressure
- the working pressure of our code 62 split flange clamp can be max.420 bar, with certain grade of bolts and nuts.
Code 62 split flange dimensions
We offer full range of 6000 psi SAE split flange size as below.
- NPS SIZE 1/2″ to 3″(1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1.1/4″, 1.1/2″, 2″, 2.1/2″, 3″);
- Corresponding DN Sizes: DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80)
Advantages
- Installment on existing piping and hydraulic tubing is easy.
- Designed to allow easy installation of the pipes, tubes and hose in tight quarters applications
- Provide tilt proof clamping
- Because it is made of two parts, SAE split flange is usually used to reinforce weakened places of tubing, or to add an attachment in areas other common flanges cannot.
