SAE Socket Weld Flange Companion (Counter flange)

Younglee manufactures & supplies SAE socket weld companion flange (counter flanges), they are the companion of the SAE socket weld flanges, it is the flat face side of the SAE Socket weld flange. Usually one SAE socket weld flange and one SAE socket weld counterflange make a full set of double Socket weld flange with the 4 bolts and O-ring.

Main series

There are two main series of SAE socket weld counterflange / SW companion flange as below.

• SAE 3000 psi series 
  This series of socket weld counterflange is designed in standard ISO 6162-1 and SAE J518, also known as the code 61 series, it is for normal pressure applications, working pressure from 35 bar to 350 bar.
• SAE 6000 psi series
  This series of socket weld flange companion is designed in standard ISO 6162-2 and SAE J518, also known as the code 62 series, it is for high pressure applications, working pressure can be up to 420 bar.

Customer who want to purchase SAE socket weld counterflange / SAE socket weld flange companion, need to tell us below information:

• Material of the counterflange: 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel or carbon steel, etc.
• Pressure Rate series: 3000 psi series or 6000 psi series.
• Counterflange size.
• Thread type: Metric thread or UNC thread.
