Class 3000# series of flange clamp conform to standard ISO 6162-1, it is known as code 61 flange clamp also. - SAE 6000 PSI Series
Class 6000# series of flange clamps conform to standard ISO 6162-2, they are well known as code 62 flange clamps too.
SAE flange Clamp dimension range:
We manufacture and supply code 61 and code 62 flange clamps in full range of sizes.
- SAE 3000 PSI Series: 1/2″ (DN15) to 5″ (DN125)
- SAE 6000 PSI Series: 1/2″ (DN15) to 3″ (DN80)
Materials:
Our SAE flange clamps are available in material of carbon steel and popular stainless steels:
- Carbon steels flange clamp: SAE 1020 (C20), SAE 1045 (C45), ST52.3
- Stainless steel flange clamp: 304, 316, 316L, 316Ti or on requests. Stainless steel SAE flange is used to connect stainless steel hydraulic tubing.
Surface Condition:
The stainless steel flange clamps usually are supplied with blank surface (no treated), but we also can supply with electro-polished surface upon customer’s request.
For carbon steel Sae flange clamps, we usually provide options of surface condition as below.
- Zinc coated (white): Salt Spray Test > 72 Hours ( for higher requirement, we can also do with 200 Hours salt spray test on requests )
- Yellow zinc coated
- Phosphated (black)
- Untreated oiled
- Untreated oxidation
Manufacturing process:
SAE Flange clamps are usually forged and machined.

- SAE Flange clamp with tapped holes
Normally the 4 bolts are drilled holes, but we also can supply ISO 6162 flange clamps with the bolt holes tapped, which means the bolt holes are with screws.
