SAE Flange Clamp
SAE Flange Clamp is the most popular type of 4-bolt hydraulic SAE flange. There are two main series of this type of flange, which are SAE 3000 psi series flange clamp as per standard ISO 6162-1 (also known as code 61 flange clamp), and SAE 6000 psi flange clamp (also known as code 62 flange clamp) as per standard ISO 6162-2. Both these two series are conformed to standard SAE J518.
SAE flange Clamps are forged steel flanges for higher strength and durability, and clamps are used for providing the holdingpower to the 4-bolt flange connection. SAE flange clamp is usually used with a pair of split flange halves and a code 61 or code 62 flange adaptors (flange head).
